Danielle Karlikoff (DK) is a multi-disciplinary designer born in Sydney, Australia and recently based in Paris. Her practice consists of autonomous, research-based projects on the one hand and commissioned custom jewellery pieces on the other. In the translation of her ideas on jewellery, the body is mostly absent, creating for a fundamentally hybrid practice that embraces a multitude of contradictory forms, techniques and materials.
