Yes, Jolie Laide ships orders all over the world. We use a mix of couriers including Australia Post, Sendle, UPS & DHL.

Shipping time depends on the item you are ordering. Most Jolie Laide items are made to order by our artists. For exact shipping & fabrication estimates, please refer to our individual product pages.

We accept returns for a store credit on all full priced items within 14 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders. You can view our full returns policy here. We don't receive returns for made to order items. 

We accept payment via Credit Card, Afterpay, Google Pay & Apple Pay.

Unfortunately, as per our refunds & returns policy we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed. If you are still unhappy when you receive your items, you can return the item to us for a store credit. 

Unfortunately we are unable to rectify this once the order has been placed. This includes adding the code once the order is lodged, or refunding for the amount of the discount. If you are having trouble with your discount code, please email us at jolielaideau@gmail.com with the issue (before checkout) and they will help you out!

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your unique Tracking Number.
