Returns Policy


At Jolie Laide, we want you to love your new pieces as much as we do. If you change your mind for any reason we will gladly accept your return on all full priced items for a store credit subject to the following conditions:


  • The Item is returned to us within 14 days of delivery for domestic purchases & 30 days for international orders. Please note we are unable to complete returns on Made to Order items. 
  • Gift Cards & Store Credits never expire giving you all the time you need to find the perfect pieces.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn & in original packaging.
  • Items with makeup marks, perfume or stains will not be accepted.
  • Jolie Laide does not provide a refund for a change of mind, incorrect size or faults made by the customer.
  • Once we have received your items your store credit/ exchange will be processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed.
  • Your name and order number can be found on the parcel.

Please note that items purchased with a store credit cannot be returned. 


All sale items are FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credit for any sale items.


If you feel like your item is faulty please email us at within 2 days of receiving the item. Please make sure to include an image and description of the fault. Our customer service team will treat this as a top priority.

Please note that every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and photoshoot lighting can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. We cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible. 


As mentioned, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Jolie Laide piece we will gladly accept your return. To return an item, please email us at with your order number. From there we will provide with a return number & our address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly advise using a traceable return method.
