Lucinda Babi is a Melbourne-based label creating modern ethical clothing on a made-to-order basis.

Based in Collingwood, the label is run single-handedly and all pieces are created in house using locally sourced materials.

This dress is made from entirely from bonded silk dupion, the dress features extreme hand-draped volume throughout the skirt, with ties to gather and adjust the length. Crossover ties hold together the panels which sit asymmetrically across the body. The sleeves are fitted, with hand-draped shoulder puffs for added drama. All finished off with an exaggerated bow which sits on the waist.  The measurements can be customised and the front upper section of the dress is slightly adjustable because of the crossover ties.
